５月１９日に注文した“A”１０個と“B”１０個が届きましたが、全ての商品にライナーがついていませんでした。
あなたのサイトの商品ページに「ライナーつき」と書いてあったので、安心して購入しましたが、説明と違ってライナーが無い状態で届いてしまったようです。
あなたとの取引がうまくいかず残念ですが、商品は返品したいと思いますので、配送先の住所を教えてください。
そして商品が到着したら、paypalから返金処理をしてください。その際には日本からの送料も負担してください。
I received some item I ordered on May 19. They are ten pieces of A and ten pieces of B. None of them had a liner.
According to the information on your web site, they have a "liner". So I trusted the description and bought them. I received wrong item with no liner.
I am disappointed. I would like to return them. Please let me know the returning address .
When you have received those item, please give me a refund including the shipping cost from Japan via Paypal.
