はい。私は日本に住んでいます。
転送会社を使って、この時計を日本まで送ってもらいました。
時計の受け取りが遅れたのはそのためです。

二重梱包して送ってもらっているので、輸送による損傷は
全く受けていません。梱包は完璧でした。

時計は最初からぜんまいが巻かれていて、これ以上巻けない状態でした。
ネジの巻き過ぎではないかと思います。
輸送の問題とは全く無関係だと思います。

もし、あなた自身で修理が可能ならば直していただけませんか？
いずれにしても、現状では全く動きません。

I used a transfer company to ship this clock to Japan.
That's why it took me so long to receive it.

They did double wrapping when they shipped it to me, so there is no damage due to the transportation at all. The packing was perfect.

The clock had already been wound up when I received it, and I couldn't wind up any more.
I believe that it was over-wound.
The transportation is quite irrelevant to the damage.

If you can repair it by yourself, please do so.
In any case, it doesn't work at all as it is now.
