私はいつも沢山の●●を買っています。2月25日に注文した●●ですが、割れていたので交換して欲しいのですが、可能でしょうか？プレゼント用に購入しましたが、プレゼントを渡した相手が最近になって開封したところ割れていたようで、私に連絡がありました。返品期限は切れていますが、どうにかお願いします。

I am always buying a lot of ●●. On Feb. 25th I ordered ●● but I want you to exchange it since it was broken, but is that possible? I bought it for a present but the person I gave it to contacted me because it seems it was broken when they just recently opened it. It's past the return date but I hope that something can be done.
