I was out of town and the sale was handled by a co worker. It was likely in store store stock rather than the warehouse. I`ll refund $100 for that oversight and make sure that any guitar shipped will be factory sealed from now on. It would have made been 2012 as we didn`t have anymore 914`s after your previous purchase and had more ordered. I apologize, I appreciate your business and will personally handle all your transactions from now on. Mike
