・提案なんだけどさ、バッジも後半に入ってきたので、みんなのビジネスを皆で話し合う機会を作らない？お酒のみながらでもいいよ。ダメ出ししてもいいしね。

This is just a suggestion, but why don't we have an occasion that we can discuss about everyone's respective business together, as the Batch is now in the latter half. Maybe we can talk and have a drink? Also we could advise and point out what should be improved each other.
