この制度により、日本国内においては、「再生可能エネルギーバブル」が必ず起きるものと言われているところです。
この流れにさきがけて、太陽光発電においては国内の重厚長大企業・発電事業会社大手がすでにメガソーラーの建設に着手しており、数万ｋＷ規模の太陽光発電所も現出しているところです。
また、ソフトバンク（孫社長）が、太陽光発電事業に資する法人設立を図り、この機会をチャンスととらえた事業開発を一斉に図ろうとしておりますが、私の知る限り実情はかんばしくありません。

First, within solar energy, the heavy manufacturing and power generating industry corporations have already begun mega solar construction and solar power generators producing tens of thousands of kilowatts of energy are about to pop up.
Furthermore, SoftBank (President Son) has designed an incorporation that finances the solar power industry and is simultaneously trying to design project developments that take a chance with this opportunity but the the limit of my knowledge surrounding the actual state of this is lacking.
