Everything here on DVD and old VHS is NTSC, but the TV signal is PAL-M. So this device won't record anything right I suppose...

I miss those devices so much! The Brazilian Panasonic discontinued DVD recorders and never released Bluray recorders. I got 4 old DVD recorders and 2 were died already...

Can you claim only US$100 on the customs forms?

DVDと古いＶＨＳのものはすべてＮＴＳＣ方式ですが、テレビ信号はＰＡＬ-Ｍです。
ですので、この機器は正しく記録しないと思います。

そのような機器がなくなってとても残念です。ブラジルのパナソニックはＤＶＤレコーダーを取り止め、ブルーレイレコーダーも販売しませんでした。４枚の古いＤＶＤレコーダーを持っていて、２つはすでに壊れました。

税金の書類には１００米ドルと書いてくれませんか？
