I had bought an item from your shop (on 1 May 2012), but the forwarding company did not accept the delivery.

The forwarding company informed me that there was a problem with the product and they did not accept the delivery.

To look into this matter, I was told I needed the address of the sender. Please let me have the information.

Was the item returned to that address?
