私は、ecraterにて、あなたの商品（Bose IE2 Premium In-Ear Headphones for iPod iPhone）を購入ました。しかし、私の指定した送り先に、商品が届いておりません。
お金は、2012.5.7にペイパルにて、支払いも完了済みです。
もし、私の間違えで商品を購入し、お金を振り込んでしまったのでしたら、
ペイパルの私のメールアドレス宛に返金してください。
連絡が無い場合、ペイパルに相談しますので、宜しくお願いします。

I am at ecrater and purchased your product (Bose IE2 Premium In-Ear Headphones for iPod iPhone).
However it did not arrive where I have specified.
As for the amount, I have paid the full amount via PayPal on May 7th 2012.
If I have purchased a different product by mistake and it needs to be refunded, please refund to my mail address in PayPal.
There is no contact and it is needed to talk to PayPal. Thanks for your support.
