いつもお世話になります。
先日購入させて頂いたブーツ２足を、ネットショップで販売するために撮影しようとしたところ、両方から問題が見つかりました。

こちらは左足のライナーに破れが見つかりました。
Item number: 260992183889
こちらは左足のライナーがブラウンで右がホワイトです。
これらはどうしてもＢ品として販売せざるをえません。
前者については５０ドル、後者については１００ドルの返金をして頂けないでしょうか。

I have found problems on the two pair of boots which I have bought from you, when I was taking picutures of them to put on my net shop.

There is a tear on the liner on the left boot.

The liner on the left boot is brown but the one on the right is white.
I cannot put them up as B items to sell.
Can you give me a refund of $50 on the first pair, and $100 on the second pair?
