I have received the items I bought from you today.
All the items are inside, but the box was torn and crushed which made me really upset.
I have taken a photo of the damage and attached it in the mail.

This item was meant to be a gift for a friend.
However, there's no way I can give it to my friend in its current condition.
Please send me a replacement, or please refund me the full amount.
If you need me to return the item to you, please bear the cost of shipping.
