交換用の商品を送ってください。もしくは商品代金と送料を全額返金してください。
届いた商品の返品が必要であれば、返送費も全額負担してください。

I looked through all the items and they were damaged. I found some dents and breaks on the package.
I took some photos and made attachamets for you to take a look at them.

I bought the items for a gift to my friend but, I can't give them in such a condition.
I want you to send me new ones again or reimburse the cost of all the items and the shipping fee.
