もし商品を落札できたら、落札価格に更に100$を上乗せして払いますので
梱包して日本まで発送していただけますか？
ラベルさえ印刷できれば、運送会社のDHLで集荷手配も可能ですので
梱包作業は大変かもしれませんが宜しくお願いします。

Will you do the packaging and send the item to Japan if I win the bid and pay additional $100 over the bid price?
The packaging must be a hard work but DHL can pick it up and take care of it once the label is printed.
