本日、注文した商品が届きました。
ありがとうございました。
しかし、その内10個は、箱がひどく潰れており、日本で売ることができません。
その10個について、返金か返品を希望しますが、可能でしょうか？

However, the boxes of 10 of the items are severely damaged so I am unable to resell them in Japan.
I would like to either return or get a refund for those 10 items, would this be possible?
