ヘルスライフパスポートは、日本に限らず様々な地域で利用することが可能です。主言語（母国語）と従言語(翻訳したい言語)を選択して、多言語に対応した問診に回答しておくことで患者自身のその時の症状や既往歴、飲み薬の有無などの情報を医師に明示して、医療機関での受診をスムーズにする医療問診システムです。
　また入力履歴から問診PDFを作成して指定されたメールアドレスに送信も可能で、印刷を容易に行うことができます。

Health Life Passport supports you in all places other than Japan. You choose the main language (mother tongue) or the subsequent language (language you want it to be translated into) and answer the questions in the relevant language beforehand. By doing so the medical consultation process becomes smooth.
Also, this lets you make a PDF medical interview file from the input record and send it to the designated email addresses and print it out.
