３月２４日にPAYPALで支払いを済ませた○○○という商品がまだ届いていません。
ご確認していただけますでしょうか？
担当者は○○○さんで何度もメールをしているのですが、返信がないのでこちらへメールいたしました。
この商品はメーカー純正品ですか？
SONYの文字が写真では黒ですがアメリカ人の知り合いに聞くと普通金色をしているといいます。また日本のSONYカスタマーサービスに聞くとシールの下に普通は数字が印字されていないとのことです。
