ご確認していただけますでしょうか？
担当者は○○○さんで何度もメールをしているのですが、返信がないのでこちらへメールいたしました。

この商品はメーカー純正品ですか？
SONYの文字が写真では黒ですがアメリカ人の知り合いに聞くと普通金色をしているといいます。また日本のSONYカスタマーサービスに聞くとシールの下に普通は数字が印字されていないとのことです。

Is this product the real one the maker manufactured?
According to the picture the color of SONY is black but one of my American friends said it's usually golden color. Also the Japanese Sony customer service said an inscribed number was not usually there under the seal.
