PayPalで支払いは完了しています。
しかし、私が発送についてA@ment.comへ何度も連絡しているのに返事がきません。
あなたはなぜ返事をくれないのですか？このEBAYでの連絡には返事をくれたのに。
すぐに商品を発送できないのであれば注文をキャンセルしたい。　
発送が可能な場合でも、注文したうちの1～3台の製品をキャンセルします。　
発送は何日後になりますか？至急返事をください。　返金も速やかに実行してください。

I purchased 14 units on A.com on April 8th.
I've already completed the payment via paypal.
However, as I've inquired A@ment.com about my order status over and over, I haven't heard from them at all.
How come you don't get back with me even if you DID get back with me on eBay.
If you can't ship them right away, I want to cancel my order.
I still want to cancel 1 to 3 units out of 14 units even if you CAN ship them as I request.
Please tell me when you can ship them to me?
I'm expecting to hear from you and the refund ASAP.
