本日アメリカの住所に、商品が到着いたしました。
私は100個買いましたが、納品書に96個と記載されています。
私は今日本にいて現物を見ていないので、実際に何個入っているのかわかりませんが、本当に100個入っていますか？
まとめて、日本に送らないと余計なコストがかかってしまうため、足りない場合はすぐに送ってください。
日本について、数量が足りない場合はその分の返金に応じていただけますか？

I received the product today at the address in the US.
I purchased 100 units, but it says 96 units on the invoice.
I don't know actually how many I got since I'm in Japan now, so I just want to make sure if there are 100 units just as I ordered.
If I don't ship everything to Japan once, it costs me extra. Therefore, if I'm missing some units, ship the rest ASAP.
Can you refund me the difference if I don't receive the all 100 units here in Japan?
