I apologizefor the delay.
I am not perfect, i am running a huge business all by myself.
I do not have any help and sometimes get behind.

However the case here was waiting on the head covers that you had requested.

I do apologize that you are upset and i understand however i feel i have been very fair to you, i do my best to always give you free stuff and give you competitive prices, like i said, i lost over 1000 dollars on this past sale… My profits off you are very low. You make a lot more off this stuff than I do however like to keep guys like you around and happy.
