I cell and make many clocks dayly and 50 euro is a real good price. for that money they make it like new you can not see it.s broken and the value stay the same. 100 euro is not reasonable for the problem and a full refund is not reasonable at all. in al ebay adgertisement we see shipping at own risk. We do see the problem and want to salv this but 50 is the most fair deal. I wil make it work that you get te 50 refund but not more it must be a fair deal. I now wat the clock is worth so you still have a very good deal.
