3月15日にオンラインで注文をした●と申します。

注文した商品がまだ届きません。

原因は配送先の住所の間違いのようです。
USPSから届いたメールに書かれていた住所に間違いがあります。
私は注文時に間違いなく日本を指定しましたが、USPSの情報によればジャマイカに指定されています。

恐らくご担当者が配送先情報を入力する時に間違ったのでしょうか？
マンション名も「●」ではなく「○」です。

Dear Sir,

This is ●, who placed an order on March 15th.

I do not receive the ordered item yet.

It is supposed to be that the shipping address was wrong.
I found that the address written in the e-mail sent to me from USPS was wrong.
I surely designated Japan when I placed the order, but the country is designated to be Jamaica due to USPS information.

I suppose that the person in charge may have entered a wrong address when inputting the shipping address.
The name of my apartment is wrong, too, it is shown as ○, not ●.
