3月15日にオンラインで注文をした●と申します。

注文した商品がまだ届きません。

原因は配送先の住所の間違いのようです。
USPSから届いたメールに書かれていた住所に間違いがあります。
私は注文時に間違いなく日本を指定しましたが、USPSの情報によればジャマイカに指定されています。

恐らくご担当者が配送先情報を入力する時に間違ったのでしょうか？
