it indiciated from [e-mail] that you have opened a dispute for the payment made on 23 Mar 2012 indicating
that the item they received did not match the original description and then you have requested a $150.00 USD refund. We are willing to solve the problem together.

Just return the PLEO unit back to the leadingwin corp. If the arrangement is acceptable, can you close the dispute case accordingly?
