備考: ebayでの発送トラブルです。ディスプレイケースをアメリカより日本へ送って頂いたのですが、届いた時には壊れていました。日本の郵便局に問い合わせた所、受取人では補償を受けられないので差出人にアメリカの郵便局に連絡するように伝えて下さいと言われました。そのことを差出人の方に連絡したメッセージへの返信です。

I spoke to the Post Office today and started the claim process. The next step (if you haven't already done so) is for you to take the original packaging and the item itself to your local post office where they will file a damaged item report. The US Postal Service will then contact the Japanese Postal Service to get a copy of the damaged item report, which should take about five days, and they will get in touch with me to continue the claim from there. I appreciate your continued patience during this process so we can reach a mutually acceptable solution!

今日、郵便局と話し、請求プロセスを開始しました。　次のステップ（まだ貴方がしていなければですが）はもとの梱包と品物を地域の郵便局に持っていき破損品報告書を申請してもらう事です。そして米国の郵便局が日本の郵便局に破損品報告書のコピーを依頼しますが、これが約５日かかります。次に彼らは請求プロセスを続ける為に私に連絡してくることになります。プロセスが取られる間お待ち頂くよう御願い致します。互いに納得出来る解決策と思います。
