I have no idea if they give refunds, I do not have the
warranty information. It is in the Sena package with instructions for
consumer. I highly recommend that path first. I will talk to my
supplier today.Your customers should be dealing direct with Sena and
not putting you in the middle, as it slows down the process. One way
or another we will get it done.
