備考: 商品を注文したところ、注文システム内に在庫数値が具体的に示されているにもかかわらず、メーカー側から売り切れだといわれ、疑問に思い担当者に宛てるメール分の一節です。丁寧語でお願いいたします。

次の商品は、商品注文システム（ＳＶＳ）の中では、現在も在庫が確認できております。
過去にも再確認の末、商品在庫があったと認められた場合がございましたので、お手数ですが、今一度在庫の再確認をお願いいたします。

その他、5月入荷予定の商品は、5月までバックオーダーのまま待つことといたします。

従来通りNittsuの船便を利用しますので、Nittsuアメリカ担当者と御社配送担当者がコンタクトを取るよう、こちらから指示を出しておきます。そちらからもご協力ください。

Would you kindly reconfirm the inventory because there was once a case in which they found a stock after rechecking it.

In addition to it, we would like you to delay the shipment of the new products due this May, keeping it backordered through May.
