お忙しいところすいませんが、一点教えていただきたいことがあります。

先日、アメリカに済む知り合いから、Androsという腕時計を譲ってもらいました。
（代理店or正規オンラインショップから購入したものではありません）

入手してから数日たったある日、時計のベゼル部分がはげて取れてしまいました。
この時計を修理または交換していただくことは可能でしょうか？

当然、正規店での購入ではありませんし、保証書もありませんので、対応可能であっても有償になることは理解しております。

The other day, I bought a watch, Andros from my friend who lives in America.
( It is not either from distributors or qualified online shop)
One day from several days I got the watch, bezel part sloughed off it.
Can you repair it or exchange for new one?
Since it is not a regular product and doesn't have a certification, I understand that I will have to pay for it even if you can handle it.
