お忙しいところすいませんが、一点教えていただきたいことがあります。

先日、アメリカに済む知り合いから、Androsという腕時計を譲ってもらいました。
（代理店or正規オンラインショップから購入したものではありません）

入手してから数日たったある日、時計のベゼル部分がはげて取れてしまいました。
この時計を修理または交換していただくことは可能でしょうか？

当然、正規店での購入ではありませんし、保証書もありませんので、対応可能であっても有償になることは理解しております。

A few days after, its bezel got balded and came off.
Is it possible to have it repaired or exchanged?

I understand that It may be fare-paying service even if you accept it because it is not from an official shop and there is no warranty.
