私は上記のPackage IDについて質問があります。複数の同一商品が到着しているのに明細が一つずつ分かれてしまっています。この状態ですと発送依頼をかけたときに40アイテムを超えてしまい、1つあたり1.5ドルの「Item Processing Fee」が余分に請求されてしまいます。そのため同一商品は1つにまとめていただけますでしょうか？私はこの件で担当の○○にメールを送りましたが、まだ返事をいただいておりません。早く発送したいので至急ご対応いただけますと助かります。

I have a question about the above Package ID. I have multiple identical items arriving but the details are separated one by one. If this is the case, when I submit a shipping request, the number of items exceeds 40, and I am charged an extra $1.50 per item "Item Processing Fee". Therefore, could you please combine the identical items into one? I have sent an email to XXX, the person in charge of this matter, but have not yet received a response. I would appreciate it if you could take care of this as soon as possible so that I can ship the items as soon as possible.
