私は上記のPackage IDについて質問があります。複数の同一商品が到着しているのに明細が一つずつ分かれてしまっています。この状態ですと発送依頼をかけたときに40アイテムを超えてしまい、1つあたり1.5ドルの「Item Processing Fee」が余分に請求されてしまいます。そのため同一商品は1つにまとめていただけますでしょうか？私はこの件で担当の○○にメールを送りましたが、まだ返事をいただいておりません。早く発送したいので至急ご対応いただけますと助かります。

I have a question about the Package ID mentioned above. Despite being multiple of the same item seant, each one was processed separatedly. Like this, I ended up with over 40 items, each one with an added $1.5 extra "Item Processing Fee". Why then couldn't you bundle all items of the same kind as one? I've sent a mail to [X], who is in charge of this incidence, byt I have yet to receive a reply. I want to receive them as soon as possible, so I would be glad if you could fix this with most urgency.
