どこか懐かしさがあり
帯から感じられるエネルギーに感動し
心を奪われました。
そんなエネルギーに満ち溢れている帯が使われずに
眠ったままになっている現状を知りました。
日本にいても帯や着物とのご縁がなかなかないこの時代に
日本伝統の美を日常に身に付けられられる物を作りたい
そして帯から溢れ出てくるエネルギーを感じて欲しいと
いう想いで着物や帯をバッグやアクセサリーへアップサイクルしています。

At OBÏTO, we create upcycled items using the reused Japanese obi sash.
We love the suppleness of the silk thread, the shine of the gold thread, the nostalgic feeling and the energy that can be felt from the belt.
We noticed that many energetic obi sash have not been used for a long time.
In this era, even in Japan, we rarely wear traditional Japanese kimonos or only use obi sashes, we want to make these upcycled items such as bags and other accessories from kimonos or obi sashes by these thoughts.
