追跡情報では配達済になっていますが
まだ商品を受け取ってないと主張しています
追跡情報ではWEST PHILADELPHIA,PAになっています
しかしこれはバイヤーの住所であるWilmington,DEへの配達は
WEST PHILADELPHIA,PAのDHLが配達するエリアだからです。
DHLからの配達証明もバイヤーに送信しました。
しかし返信がありません。

The tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, but the buyer claims they have not yet received the item. The tracking information indicates WEST PHILADELPHIA, PA, but this is because DHL's delivery area for the buyer's address in Wilmington, DE is managed by the WEST PHILADELPHIA, PA DHL branch. I have also sent the delivery proof from DHL to the buyer, but I have not received a response.
