7. 私たちはスタートアップなので非固定的な事業部、職種があり新しく生まれるものですが、それぞれに適した報酬形態があると考えています。そのため、事業部や職種などによって個別の報酬は変わりますが、基本的に全社の考え方が全メンバーの報酬に反映される形となっています。全ての取り組みがうまくいっている場合、誰一人として損をしない設計です。
