持田：新プロジェクトを始動させるにあたって「アイディアをたくさん出してほしい」という願いはもちろん、前進のドリカムプロジェクトでの課題を一つひとつ解決していきたいという思いも強いです。個人ではアイディアを抽出するのが難しいという意見も多く寄せられていたので、今後は2～3人のチームやペアを組んでもらいながらこれまで拾えてこなかったアイディアを集めていきたいですね。より多くの社員に参加してもらえるよう、今後はそういった方針もどんどんアピールしていきます！

Mochida: When starting a new project we want lots of ideas to arise. This said, we also have a strong desire to solve problems by the forward-thinking Dreams Come True project. We received lots of feedback suggesting that it was difficult to extract ideas individually — to address this we would like to have people form smaller teams of 2-3 people so that ideas that went astray previously can be picked up. We will continue to promote this policy in the future so that more employees can participate to their highest ability.
