先日はサポートありがとうございました。
先日、サポート頂いた件なのですが盗難ではなく誤配送の可能性が高くなっています。
FedExがバイヤー様のご自宅ではない家に配達してしまった様です。
eLogiにてFedExで配送しておりました。
私は日本FedExにバイヤー様は現地のFedExに毎日、問い合わせしているのですが
FedExから明確な回答がきていません。
私はどの様な対応をすればよろしいでしょうか?
