先日はサポートありがとうございました。
先日、サポート頂いた件なのですが盗難ではなく誤配送の可能性が高くなっています。
FedExがバイヤー様のご自宅ではない家に配達してしまった様です。
eLogiにてFedExで配送しておりました。
私は日本FedExにバイヤー様は現地のFedExに毎日、問い合わせしているのですが
FedExから明確な回答がきていません。
私はどの様な対応をすればよろしいでしょうか？

Thank you for your support the other day.
The other day, it was a case where I received your support. The possibility has become high that it was a mistaken delivery than a theft.
It seems that FedEx delivered the package not to the buyer's house.
eLogi made the delivery using FedEx.
I made inquiries to Japan FedEx and the buyer made inquiries to his local FedEx daily but no clear answer from FedEx came.
What should I do?
