バイヤーから配達済の荷物が盗難にあったと連絡がありました。
追跡番号を確認した所、確かに配達済になってます。FedExから配達時の写真も届いています。
配達された事は間違いないと思います。
バイヤーは楽しみに待っていてくれたのに非常に残念です。

今後どの様な対応をすればいいですか？

I have received a report from the buyer that the delivered item has been stolen.
When I confirmed the tracking number, it said that the item had already been delivered. I also received a photo of the delivery from FedEx.
There is no doubt that it was definitely delivered.
I am so sad, even though the buyer was looking forward to it.
What should I do?
