部屋の予約ですが、うっかり間違えてしまいました。
28,29日この２日間と
29,30日この２日間のトータル４日間予約してしまいました。

もし可能でしたら28日、29日の2日間の予約のみにして頂けますか？
29,30日は無償でキャンセルしてください、もし無理なら29,30日の分を28,29日にアップグレードをする為のお金に追加してください。29日、30日は宿泊しません。

彼女との記念日の宿泊になるのでもし良かったらアップグレードして頂けましたら嬉しいです。

I made a room reservation, but made a mistake.
I booked the room for:
Two days, from 28th to 29th, and
Two days, from 29th to 30th, therefore I booked 4 days in total.

If it's possible, could you make it to booking for 28th and 29th only?
Please cancel the booking for 29th and 30th without any charge.
If it's not possible, please add the fee for the booking of 29th and 30th to the upgrade for the booking of 28th and 29th.
I will not stay on 29th and 30th.

Since this is my anniversary stay with my girlfriend, I will be glad if you could upgrade the room.
