バッグの底に潰れた跡がありシワがよっています。
返品の対応が遅く困っています。15%割引の返金は望んでいません。

Received was a defected product.
There was a trace of crash at the bottom of the bag and it is wrinkled up.
This is troublesome because the product return has not been handled in a timely manner.
