I have received a defective product.
There are crushed marks and wrinkles at the bottom of the bag.
I'm confused by the delayed response regarding my return request, and I do not want a refund of the 15% discount.
As I have mentioned multiple times, I would like to return the product.

I have to pay for the return shipping and FedEx duties once I receive the invoice. Please refund these costs too.
In other words, please refund the total amount I paid for the product, including the customs duty.
