AからBが取り外せないとのことですが、対処法としてBossに潤滑油を垂らしながら六角レンチでBをゆっくり回してください。それでも外れない場合は、恐らくボルトが齧ってしまっていると思います。
液体窒素をBossにかけてください。Bossが冷気で収縮するので外れるかもしれません。
または、Bを壊して無理やり外してください。
齧っている場合、ネジ山はもう駄目になっているので、修正は難しい状況です。
新しくAを作るか、ネジ穴を完全に埋めて使ってください。使用上は問題無いと考えています。

I understand that you were not able to remove B from A. As a solution, please slowly rotate B with a hex wrench by dripping a smoother into the Boss. If it does not come off still, I would assume the bolt is stuck.
Please add the liquid nitrogen over the Boss. It might help the Boss shrink with the cold air to come off.
Or break B with forth to remove it.
If it is stuck, the screw thread is already useless, so it is difficult to fix.
Please newly create A or fill up the screw hole to use. I don't think there should be any problem for using it.
