納期は、PO受領から7ヶ月後に出荷します。申し訳ございませんが、これば弊社の最善の納期であり、これ以上納期を短縮することはできません。また、旧正月前に工事を完了するために、4/21までにPOを受領しなければなりません。現段階でのスケジュールを下記にて連絡します。

As for sending it, I will send 7 months after receiving PO. I hate to say, but it is the best period we can send, and cannot send it earlier.
