説明が分かりにくく、具体性に欠けるため、お客様に分かりやすく説明できるイメージがわかなかった

目標達成にあたり、目標とのギャップが生まれた場合もマーケットの需要も原因もあると言っており
積極的に目標達成に動く姿勢が見えなかった。また、自身でPDCAを回して改善していく姿勢が不明瞭なので
当社のように自走して営業していくスタイルにはフィットしないだろう

また、中小企業向けの営業経験が浅いので即戦力としては捉えにくい

これまでの業務を通じて業務を効率化していきたいという意欲は感じる

I could not make the customer understand well as the explanation was not clear and not detailed.

To achieve our aim, even there is a gap between, there is a cause of marketing need, and could not see your work positively, and the staff like our business will not come well with it.

Also, as there is not enough sales experience for small businesses, it cannot be used as the first aid.

I feel the effort to make the business effective through work so far.
