今後取引予定の企業からサンプルの商品を送ってもらい、受け取りました。
受け取った商品のサイズ感を確認し、今後発注をさせて頂きたいという意思を伝えたい内容のメールです。

いつもお世話に成ります。
日本で、継続的に輸入したパワーサプライを販売する為には、国に届け出をする必要が有る事が分かりました。
上記、届出を提出する為には、専門機関へ製品を提出し適合検査を受ける必要が有ります。
私の方でも、可能な限り必要な書類等を用意しましたが、下記情報がどうしても必要な様です。

・製品の仕様
・適用する技術基準

大変お忙しい時期だとは思うのですが、上記情報について可能であれば教えて頂けないでしょうか？

Thank you so much for the sample you sent us earlier.

We found out that we need to apply to the country to sell the power supply which is imported continuously in Japan.
For the application, we also need to submit the products to an expert and take a legitimate check.
I've got some documents ready as much as possible, yet, we need the additional information about;

・Product specification
・Adaptive technical standards

You must be very busy, but it would be great if you could share the information relating to the above.
