理由は、社内表彰の最終審査のスケジュールが立て込んでしまい、明日、私の部署が終日対応する必要が生じたためです

もし、可能でしたら、次の月次ミーティングを3月14日(火) 13:30に変更した会議案内を再送させていただきます

Could you let me suspend the monthly meeting starting at 13:30 tomorrow?
The reason is that the schedule for the final judgement on company commendation became tight, so our section needs to deal with it all day tomorrow.
If possible, please allow me to send a revised information for the meeting to be on the 14th of March, at 13:30.
I am so sorry to give you such short notice.
