明日13:30からの月次ミーティングを、中止とさせていただけないでしょうか？
理由は、社内表彰の最終審査のスケジュールが立て込んでしまい、明日、私の部署が終日対応する必要が生じたためです
もし、可能でしたら、次の月次ミーティングを3月14日(火) 13:30に変更した会議案内を再送させていただきます
直前のご連絡となってしまい、大変申し訳ありません

Is it possible for you to not having a meeting from 13:30 tomorrow for the monthly meeting?
The reason is inner award'a last judgment schedule is keeping me busy, and tomorrow our section had to do with it for the final.
If possible, I will send you again for the meeting invitation changed to the next monthly meeting at13:30 on 14th(Tuesday) March.
