【起きた事象】
下記に記載する出荷スケジュールに遅延が発生した。

【原因】
担当の溶接士が体調不良で2週間出勤が出来なくなった。
そのため、製作工程に遅れが発生致しました。

【現状のスケジュール】
対策として土日も作業員が出勤して製作を致します。
100本：2月21日に工場から出荷 *1)
100本：2月28日に工場から出荷*2）

*1)DHLで出荷することで、1日でも納期短くなるか確認中です。
　もしDHLのほうが納期早ければ、DHLで出荷致します。CIPとの差額は弊社が負担します。

The delay has occurred to the shipping schedule listed below.

[Cause]
The welder in charge took two-week medical leave. For that reason the production process has suffered from the delay.

[Current schedule]
As a measure, workders will come to work weekends to perform the production.
100 pieces: to be shipped from the plant on Feb 21. *1)
100 pieces: to be shipped from the plant on Feb 28. *2)

*1) Currently we are checking to see if the lead time could be shortened by shipping via DHL.
If DHL shipping schedule is faster, we will ship them via DHL, and the difference between CIP will be covered at our end.
