【起きた事象】
下記に記載する出荷スケジュールに遅延が発生した。

【原因】
担当の溶接士が体調不良で2週間出勤が出来なくなった。
そのため、製作工程に遅れが発生致しました。

【現状のスケジュール】
対策として土日も作業員が出勤して製作を致します。
100本：2月21日に工場から出荷 *1)
100本：2月28日に工場から出荷*2）

*1)DHLで出荷することで、1日でも納期短くなるか確認中です。
　もしDHLのほうが納期早ければ、DHLで出荷致します。CIPとの差額は弊社が負担します。

An operator of welding was unable to work due to a health issue.
For this reason, the production schedule got delayed.
[Current Schedule]
For a measure, an operator works for both on Saturday and Sunday to produce.
100 pcs Will ship from our factory on the 21st of February *1)
100 pcs WIll ship from our factory on the 28th of February *2)
*1) We are checking whether the delivery will be even 1 day earlier if we ship through DHL.
If using DHL will be delivering earlier, we will ship via DHL. We pay the difference against CIP.
