４月からY社の研修に協力頂くため、契約を交わしたいとのご依頼ですが、今は契約できません
理由は以下です
・DX研修は４月１日に新設されるホールディングスの組織が企画し、運営は弊社が担当する
・Changさんに依頼したいのはDX研修の一部だが、研修をやるかやらないかは、ホールディングスが決める
・現在は経理部門がホールディングス他、各社の予算を調整中である

In response to your request for concluding a contract for your cooperation to Y's training from April, it is not possible for now. The reasons are as follows:
- DX training is planned by the newly established holdings organization, we take charge of its operation.
- What we would like to ask you to do is a part of the DX training, but it is up to the holdings whether or not the training will take place.
- Currently, the accounting department is in the middle of coordinating the budget of the holdings and other companies respectively.
Your patience is appreciated.
